Our HVAC Parts Store Success Story

The HVAC Parts Shop began as a HVAC mechanical contracting service serving local customers in the Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Erwin, Jonesbough, and the surrounding rural areas. But with the rise of DIY home projects, as well as the explosion of multi-residential complexes across the Tri-cities, the company saw a need to sell parts and equipment online to both homeowners and businesses.

We decided to set up a WordPress eCommerce website offering hard-to-find parts, HVAC tools, and equipment needed for any kind of repairs. The parts supply business took off quickly due to rising demand. After 5 years of selling through word of mouth, the AAA+ HVACR Services management knew it was time to upgrade the ecommerce platform, both to enhance customers’ experience and increase efficiency.
